New Form for Trademark Registration/Renewal Certificate in Kuwait

KUWAIT – The Ministry of Trade and Industry in Kuwait issued the Ministerial Decision No. 774 of 2018 stipulating that new form for trademark registration and renewal electronic certificate will be adopted in Kuwait.
The new registration certificate form will replace all forms used in Kuwait for trademark registration.
This Ministerial Decision has been published in the Official Gazette on December 30, 2018 and will come into effect accordingly.
