An Update from Nigeria Trademark Office

ABUJA – As the Nigeria Labour Congress has directed all its members and affiliate unions to commence a strike on Thursday, September 27, 2018, the Nigeria Trademark Office started the strike on the stated date.
All public and private institutions are to suspend their operations until further notice.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that AGIP has teams working from different locations inside and outside Nigeria on receiving communications, listing deadline and preparing applications to guarantee immediate filing and response in due time.
We are monitoring the situation closely, and we will keep you informed about any further developments on this issue.
