AGIP Participates in FICPI World Congress 2018

TORONTO – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) represented by its CEO and Managing Partner, Mr. Luay Abu-Ghazaleh, Executive Director, Mr. Charles Shaban and Vice-president Marketing and Executive Director, Mr. Nabil Salamé participated in the FICPI World Congress 2018, which took place in Toronto, Canada from 5-10 June 2018.
This event aimed to explore how changes that are driven by the advancement of technology, including artificial intelligence, will impact the intellectual property industry. In particular, it focused on the changes that IP practitioners in private practice will have to make to survive in this rapidly changing world.
Commenting on this participation, Mr. Luay Abu-Ghazaleh said: “It was very informative and a great opportunity to meet with other IP professionals from around the world. The event gave us insight into the great opportunities to exchange views on professional matters and practice management with other members.”
FICPI is an organization working for the interests of patent and trademark professionals worldwide. It is the only association whose membership consists solely of Intellectual Property professionals in private practice.
