PODGORICA -The Decree on Amending the Decree on Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) Enforcement in Montenegro was adopted on October 31, 2008 in Montenegro.

According to SD PETOSEVIC, the Decree officially extends the term for the revalidation of Serbian IPRs in Montenegro for another six months, i.e, to May 28, 2009, which is one year after the IPO in Montenegro became operational. 

The original deadline was November 28, 2008.
