ZAGREB - It will no longer be possible to request extension of term with the Croatian Intellectual Property Office (IPO) for filing a Power of Attorney (PoA), (Article 7(6) of the Croatian Law on Representatives in the field of Intellectual Property, SD PETOSEVIC reported.  

This rule is effective immediately, as per the IPO’s recent official notice.

The term for filing the Power of Attorney is 60 days from receiving the official invitation to file.
