BAGHDAD – The Trademarks Office of Iraq announced that it has started on January 29, 2018 to issue official notifications requesting the re-filing of trademark applications with numbers of 51000 to 72000 within seven days; failure to re-file these applications would lead to removal of the application.
We kindly ask as our clients to provide us with their instructions as soon as possible, to avoid any loss of rights.
