Requirements Trademark Applications
- A power of attorney signed by the applicant, indicating the full name and position of the signatory.
- The particulars of the applicant.
- Prints of the mark.
- A list of goods and/or services and the classes pertaining thereto.
- Translation of foreign terms is required.
- A General Authorization form is required for international customers.
- No legalization or notarization is required.
- No samples are required.
Renewal Requirements
- Simply signed Power of Attorney.
- The name and address of the applicant.
- Trademark particulars.
- The goods and services of the registration or indication of the goods and/or services for which renewal is desired.
