1. An application form which can be submitted by mail, email or fax. (Copy of application form is attached herewith for this purpose)
2. A letter requesting the domain name registration, (on official letterhead, submitted by mail or fax). See sample request letter.

2. Copy of Qatar ID or Resident permit in Qatar 
3. Registration of .com.qa domain.

.com.qa, .net.qa
1. Copy of Valid trade license issued within the State of Qatar by the Ministry of Business and Trade and/or the competent authorities of the State of Qatar in accordance with Qatari laws; or,
2. Copy of valid trademark registration certificate pertaining to domain name issued in the State of Qatar.
3. An application form which can be submitted by mail, email or fax. (Copy of application form is attached herewith for this purpose)
4. A letter requesting the domain name registration, (on official letterhead, submitted by mail or fax). See sample request letter.

org.qa.

2. Copy of the organization certification of registration or incorporation in accordance with the laws of Qatar to their Registrar.
