Requirements
- A simply signed Power of Attorney.
- Name and address of the applicant.
- Specification, claims, and abstract.
- Three sets of the formal drawings, if any.
- The priority document, if any.
- If the priority application was filed by another applicant, the present applicant must sign a declaration explaining his right to file the application.
