Domain Name Applications
Domain Name in Arabic for Egypt(.misr)
Sunrise Phase 2 which last until November 25, 2010. *Even though phase is closed, they are still accepting applications and processing them.
*Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate (This can be a foreign copy and does not need to be from Egypt, however, it must match the domain name)
If the domain does not match the name on this certificate, then a copy of the certificate of registration of a valid trademark in Arabic whether filed in Egypt or through WIPO is required
*Signed Request letter (copy attached) print out on the formal company paper. (original required) must be the Arabic version.
We may assist you in preparing the request letter by implementing the following:
1. You would send us a word version of the letter on the client’s letterhead with the domain part in puny code
2. Then we will switch the domain from Puny code to Arabic letters
3. Then we will send it back to you by email as PDF file
4. You must have it signed and stamped by the company stamp. A scanned copy would be sufficient to be sent back to us by email.
