Requirements for Filing Design Applications
1. Simply signed and stamped Power of Attorney (POA)
2. 6 sets of the formal drawings/ representation of the design
3. Photograph (Pictures) of the finished drawings
4. Priority documents (if application is based on a foreign design application.
5. Sworn English translation of the priority document(s), if not in English language
6. Novelty Statement
7. Notarized deed of assignment of the Design
8. Full details of the applicant (Name, Address etc)
9. Sample of the design- It is expected that the design sample or dummy is submitted for examination.
