The name to pick for your new brand should be inherently distinctive with creative and unique character, and it should not be related to the goods/services to be covered.

- The TM symbol means that an application has been filed for the registration of a trademark at the Trademark Office, and can be used with unregistered marks in Morocco.

- The ® symbol means that a trademark has been officially accepted for registration at the Trademark Office, and may be used with unregistered marks in Morocco.

- The © symbol refers to copyrights and may be used with both unregistered and registered copyrights.

The use of the aforesaid symbols is not mandatory in Morocco as the marking requirement is not applicable in our country.
