Summary
- Recordation of trademark is available with Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah & Ras Al-Khaimah Customs Departments.
- The recordation will remain valid till the expiry of the Trademark registration and can be recorded again when the Trademark registration is renewed (a certified copy of the renewal certificate will be required).
- The recordation at Customs Departments in UAE is only applicable for registration covering goods rather than services.
